TECHNICAL RIDER

Space
Classical gallery space with at least 2 (ideal is 4) connected rooms.
Ideal room size is 7x7 meters but not necessary because the event is adaptable to different places.

Set up time of the exhibition in gallery
1 whole day prior to the event + next morning (rehearsal with actors in the fully set up gallery space)

Set up crew
2+1=3 people (director, scenographer and local gallery technician)

Appliances
4 DVD players (connected to TVs)
4 televisions (connected to DVD players)
4 stands for TVs and DVD players
2 headphones (connected to TVs)
1 video projector (connected to digital camera - 20m of cable)
1 digital camera (connected to video projector – 20m of cable)

Props “organizer delivers”
2 rolls 35-50m white Gaffa tape
2 rolls 35-50m black Gaffa tape
4 x 1,5L water for drinking per day
Different tapes in roles (to tape photos, documents etc. on to the wall)
Different screws (to screw the exhibited items on to the wall)
1 broom

Props “we will be bringing”
All exhibited material (written documents, photos, video CDs etc.)

Lights
4 “theatre” front-lights (or 4 mini spot-lights) +
existing lights in the gallery space

Running time of the event
4 hours/day - maximum 3 days in a row
